Service and account
Vorn VPN provides VPN access and account tools. Free access and Premium access depend on the available servers and selected plan. Keep account credentials secure and provide accurate information. Each account currently supports up to three registered installations; browser and desktop installations may each occupy a slot.
Availability and limitations
VPN performance and available locations can vary with network conditions, maintenance and restrictions imposed by third parties. A VPN does not guarantee anonymity, uninterrupted service, access to every website or protection against every online threat. Do not rely on example app screenshots as a guarantee of performance or actual server availability.
Plans, renewal and cancellation
Stripe Premium purchases are recurring subscriptions. The selected total is charged for each billing period until automatic renewal is canceled. Read the Billing, cancellation & refunds policy before checkout. Activation keys may provide prepaid access and do not by themselves authorize recurring card charges.
Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully. Do not use it for unauthorized access, malware distribution, fraud, child sexual exploitation material, spam, attacks on networks or infringement of others’ rights. The service may restrict accounts where necessary to address abuse or legal obligations, subject to applicable consumer rights.
Your rights and applicable law
Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Governing law, operator jurisdiction and dispute contact must be completed once the legal operator and intended markets are confirmed. No exclusive court or arbitration clause is imposed by this draft.
Changes
Material changes to subscription terms or pricing should be communicated before they take effect as required by applicable law. The displayed version date identifies this draft; this page does not authorize retroactive changes to existing purchases.
